Beversbrook Wellness and Activity day

Beversbrook Sports and Community Facility will open its doors for a vibrant Wellness and Activity Day—a celebration of health, wellbeing, and community connection for all ages.
The day promises an exciting mix of activities designed to get people moving, engaged, and supported. Attendees will have the opportunity to take part in a Leadership Martial Arts activity , try out Calne Short Mat Bowls, and enjoy a calming Kids Yoga class—ideal for little ones looking to stretch, relax and learn different techniques.

But the event is not just about physical wellness. Mental and emotional health are also in focus. Visitors can connect with Man Down, a men’s mental health charity offering peer support and vital resources for those navigating difficult times. Carer Support Wiltshire will also be present, offering guidance and information for those looking after loved ones.
For younger attendees, Play Therapy sessions hosted by Sarah will provide a welcoming space for children to explore their emotions through creative and therapeutic play.

This free community event offers a little something for everyone—whether you’re looking to move, reflect, connect, or simply discover new local services. It’s a wonderful opportunity to explore new activities and support networks in a relaxed, friendly setting.
Don’t miss it—Wellness and Activity Day is set to be a highlight of the summer.
